With the benefits of both foil and non-stick parchment, Bacofoil 2 in 1 Parchment & Foil provides you with the best of both worlds in the kitchen.
The foil helps to insulate the ingredients and encourages heating throughout, whilst the parchment side protects the food and stops anything from sticking.
Easy to shape, it’s perfect for a variety of cooking ideas from delicious savoury ‘en papillote’ dishes to soft sweet muffins made in individual cases.
Suitable for cooking, baking, roasting, freezing, wrapping and storage.
For best results, always position food on parchment side.
No need to oil before use.
Parchment side is coated with a food safe silicone, making it non-stick.
Suitable for use in the oven (up to 220°C) and freezer.
