How to claim:
If you find an identical product at a lower price at one of our UK based competitors, please fill in our price match form, or alternatively contact us by phone on 0800371355, with the following information;
• Product (including colour)
• Company to price match
• Web address to price match
• Price to price match (inc P&P)
• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
Terms & Conditions
• The product in question must be new, identical in style, specification, size and colour, and offered on the same terms.
• Our Price Match offer can be claimed against any competitor in the mainland UK, including UK websites but excluding factory outlets, membership clubs, duty free shops, home shopping channels, auction sites, market stalls, private sales and liquidation (or any other "closing down" or insolvency) sales.
• The competitor store or website must have the product in stock and available for immediate purchase or delivery.
• We must also have the product in question in stock.
• Typographical errors shall not apply. No affiliate, promotional, voucher code or media discount applies. Any other retailer's price match promotion which offers an additional rebate or other benefit for any price matched product is also excluded.
• We must be able to verify the lower price being offered by the competitor to our satisfaction.
• The price being matched must include all taxes (including VAT), postage and packing charges as applicable.
• The price match offer is only applicable at the point of purchase. We are unable to offer a price match once the transaction is complete.
• All Price Match transactions are carried out at the discretion of Harts of Stur.
• We reserve the right to withdraw this price match offer at any time.
