Refreshing Lemon Squash | Citrus Press attachment
INGREDIENTS
1L water
75ml cane sugar syrup
2 x lemons (130ml)
4 x limes (130ml)
20 x Fresh mint leaves
Preparation takes 10 minutes and recipe is for 6-8 glasses
Use the Citrus Press attachment for this recipe
1. Mix water and cane sugar syrup in a jug.
2. Squeeze lemons with citrus press, using specifically the yellow cone which is for small citrus fruits). Add lemon juice to water and cane sugar syrup mixture.
3. Wash mint leaves and add to lemon squash. Leave to steep in refrigerator and serve!
TOP TIP: Replace the water with the same amount of sparkling water to make lemonade instead!
Pear-Blueberry Milkshake | Extra Press XL attachment
INGREDIENTS
1 x Pear
150g blueberries
200ml milk
2 tsps honey
1 tbsp wheat germ
1 tbsp powdered almonds
Preparation takes 10 minutes and recipe is for 2 glasses | Use the Extra Press XL attachment for this recipe
1. Wash the pear and cut into pieces.
2. Wash the blueberries, then put fruit through the Extra Press to collect juice.
3. In a jug, add other ingredients to fruit juice and whisk well.
Popeye Juice | Juice Filter XL Attachment
INGREDIENTS
1 x small cucumber
1 x apple
1 x handful of spinach
½ cm fresh ginger
Preparation takes 5 minutes and the recipe is for 2 glasses | Use your Juice Filter attachment for this recipe.
1. Peel cucumber and cut into large pieces. Wash the spinach leaves and apple. Then peel the ginger.
2. Put all ingredients through Juice Filter starting with spinach leaves. Enjoy!
