You can enjoy great Italian coffee with the Bialetti Moka Express coffee maker. For the best performance use fresh coffee beans to create your ground coffee which is used inside the coffee maker. Once you have ground your coffee, fill the lower chamber of the moka express with hot water, insert the funnel, and place the coffee grounds into the lower chamber of the moka express. Screw the upper chamber onto the pot and place it onto the stove to heat, keeping it at a medium heat. Listen for a gurgling sound which will indicate the coffee is almost ready. When the noise stops, the moka express can be removed from the stovetop.
