Mason Cash pottery has been around since 1800. Formerly a pottery run by a number of Master Potters it was based at Church Gresley, at the heart of the English ceramic industry. This was because it was located close to raw materials in the form of clay, and coal for fuel sources. The area also had good transport links for the distribution of the finished products. Mason Cash was originally known for its distinctive white and cane glazed earthenware. In the 1800s the pottery was named after one particular Master Potter, William Mason. When it was purchased in 1901 by Thomas Cash he simply added his name to the brand, renaming it to Mason Cash & Co.
Now over 200 years old, Mason Cash has been the choice of home cooks and bakers for centuries due to the high quality, long lasting and iconic design. The great styling is coupled with a truly functional design. These days the range includes Mason Cash cookware items comprising of oven dishes, roasters, casseroles and more oven to table cookware. There is also a wide variety of Mason Cash bakeware and baking items, from measuring spoons to the classic mixing bowl and more.
