Featuring all the characteristics you'd expect from Scanpan - high quality materials, attractive and functional design and superior performance - Impact cookware is made from 18/10 stainless steel with a 6.4mm thick sandwich base that has an aluminium core for even heat distribution. With an elegant two-tone stainless steel finish, Impact cookware is suitable for use on all heat sources, including induction and is also oven proof up to 260°C including lids where applicable. Clever detailing such as cast steel handles that don't transfer heat, measuring units on the inside of saucepans and rim edges designed for pouring from any angle without dripping, ensure that Scanpan Impact cookware is a delight to use every day for year after year. All Scanpan Impact cookware is covered by a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
