Breville Easy Clean Digital Deep Fat Fryer

The Breville Digital Deep Fat Fryer has a 1kg food capacity (2kg oil capacity) and variable temperature control for perfectly fried food. The rise and fall basket allows oil to drain away from food whilst the lid is still in position which prevents splashing. The digital timer features an audible alert and the temperature of the oil can be set manually between 130°C and 190°C. Other features include a permanent odour filter and safety cut out. Cleaning the Breville Digital Deep Fat Fryer is also an easy task as the lid is removable and the oil bowl can be cleaned in a dishwasher. Dimensions: 260mm high x 280mm wide x 365mm deep.
