The Chef's Choice manual knife sharpener is a 2 stage sharpener which is ideal for kitchen knives. The sharpener can be used left and right handed achieving consistent results every time.
The two stage sharpener allows separate sharpening and honing for super sharp results with longer lasting edges. The 100% diamond abrasives sharpens the complete blade from the tip to the handle.
The sharpener creates a 20° angles and includes a 1 year manufacturers guarantee.
