Made from hard anodized aluminium, this heavy gauge Chefs Pan provides excellent heat distribution and is twice as tough as stainless steel. Three layers of advanced DuPont Autograph non-stick are applied to the hi-low circular grooves which are designed to reduce abrasion, providing exceptional food release. The non-stick coating is also applied to the pan's exterior completing Circulon's Non-Stick System.

This Chefs Pan can be used on any type of hob including induction and is also oven-proof to 200°C.

The comfortable slip-free handle is made from silicone and stainless steel which is reflected in the helper handle and lid handle. The tempered glass lid has a stainless steel rim and allows you to monitor what is cooking without continually lifting the lid and letting heat and moisture escape. Other benefits of this pan is that it is metal-utensil safe and can be washed in a dishwasher.
