Made from Emile Henry’s signature HR (High Resistance) ceramic, this durable tart dish retains heat beautifully and keeps your creations warm at the table. Whether you're baking in a traditional oven or reheating in the microwave, it handles a wide range of temperatures—from -20°C to +270°C. It’s also fridge and freezer safe, making it ideal for make-ahead meals and desserts.
To achieve a delicious, lightly caramelised crust, simply butter the dish and sprinkle a little sugar before adding the dough. The smooth, scratch-resistant glaze allows for cutting directly in the dish and stands up to daily use, repeated dishwasher cycles, and even abrasive cleaning.
