This Furi 7 piece set contains the following knives: 12cm Asian Utility Knife, 15cm Utility Knife, 17cm East/West Santoku Knife, 20cm Bread Knife, 20cm Cook's Knife, and a 20cm Carving Knife. Each knife has a high performance Japanese stainless steel blade with an optimised bolster and innovative reverse-wedge handle for improved grip. For improved hygiene, the seamless, all stainless steel construction of the blade and handle eliminate areas where food and dirt can get trapped.

Furi knives should be hand washed in soapy water and then dried thoroughly. The wooden knife block can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
