The Gastroback Design Mincer Pro M features an electronically regulated motor in a diecast metal housing. The illuminated sensor panel features an on/off switch and reverse function.
The stainless steel knife with 4 blades is accompanied by 3 grinding discs 3, 4.8, 8mm plus a cookie maker, kebbe and sausage filling attachment.
Power 600 watts. Weight approx 5.4kg. Dimensions: 35(H) x 35(W) x 16(D)cm.
