This Global G-884003 Little Essentials Knife Dock Set comprises a GS-38 9cm paring knife, a GS-108UT 12cm utility knife, a GS-108SC 12cm scalloped utility knife, a GS-57 11cm fluted santoku knife and a Global knife dock. Global have created this set of versatile and useful everyday knives, each of which have their own specific characteristics but work together to form a comprehensive and flexible knife set.

Crafted from high quality Cromova18 stainless steel and ice hardened to Rockwell 56-58, each blade features an acute 15° cutting edge which holds its razor sharp edge for longer, yet is easily sharpened when required.

Hollow handles are filled with sand to provide excellent balance whilst the classic Global dotted handles provide a secure grip. Smooth contours and seamless construction eliminate food or dirt traps, offering the ultimate in safety and hygiene.
