With the fluted blade, this becomes an even more efficient blade when it comes to chopping meat and vegetables as the flutes reduce the food from sticking to the blade, which makes repetitive chopping easy and saves the chef a lot of effort.

Global NI GN-004 Bread knife 22cm Scalloped blade: The large size bread knife has a saw-like blade for sawing through the crustiest loaves of bread.
