Suitable for all hob types including induction thanks to its heavy gauge base, it is also ovenproof to 210°C.
An aluminium core provides even heat distribution and the Titanium non-stick interior, with titanium particles for extra resiliance, provides exceptional food release.
It is also tough enough to cope with metal utensils (with the exception of whisks and knives).
Tefal's Thermo-Spot technology indicates when the Frying Pan has been pre-heated to the correct temperature so food will start sizzling as soon as it hits the pan.
The Frying Pan also has an all-round pouring lip for drip-free pouring.
For added grip and comfort, a silicone insert has been added to the strong, riveted stainless steel handle.
This Jamie Oliver Hard Anodised Frying Pan is dishwasher safe.
