Jamie Oliver Stainless Steel 28cm Frying Pan
This Frying Pan can be used on all types of hob including induction and is also ovenproof to 210°C.
The attractive stainless steel exterior also provides excellent heat retention and distribution whilst the interior of the pan has an extremely tough and resiliant Titanium non-stick coating.
This coating is reinforced with titanium particles making it suitable for use with metal utensils (apart from whisks and knives).
It also provdes outstanding food release qualities and features Tefal's Thermo-Spot technology. This clever red spot indicates when the pan has pre-heated to the correct temperature. When food is added it will start cooking as soon as it hits the pan with a pleasing sizzle.
The stainless steel handle, which has a silicone insert for added grip and comfort, is riveted to the Frying Pan for added strength.
For easy cleaning this Frying Pan can be washed in a dishwasher.
