Judge Vista 1.5L 16cm Bain Marie Porringer Set
The Judge Vista 16cm Porringer is a versatile 2-tier stainless steel pan system designed for gentle, bain-marie cooking. This method ensures delicate and even heat distribution, preventing food from burning while preserving its nutrients and flavour. It’s ideal for making porridge, melting chocolate, preparing delicate sauces, and more.
The bottom pan holds hot water at a controlled temperature, while the top pan gently cooks your food to perfection. When bain-marie cooking isn’t needed, the bottom pan can be used separately as a 16cm stainless steel saucepan, complete with a shatterproof vented glass lid that fits both tiers.
Designed for efficiency and ease of use, this porringer features internal measuring guides to save time and stay-cool, phenolic handles for a comfortable and secure grip. The ‘hot forged’ base ensures even heat distribution across all hob types, including induction. For added convenience, the Judge Vista Porringer is oven safe up to 180°C and dishwasher safe, making both cooking and cleaning effortless.
