This pan boasts a 2 in 1 system - simply remove the basket and use on the hob as a large saucepan, or alternatively use in the oven with the lid as a casserole. Please note: the saucepan lid should not be used whilst frying.
Excess fat from food can be removed with the built in drip rest.
Dishwasher safe and oven safe up to 180°C.
