The three discs included are: Fine - 3mm, Medium - 4.5mm and Coarse - 8mm.
These discs are all dishwasher safe for convenience. Included with the Meat Grinder is a sausage maker for preparing fresh sausages and a kebbe maker for making specialist middle eastern dishes.
