Kilner 1L Fermentation Set

The Kilner 1 Litre Fermentation Set is ideal for making delicious pickled foods at home, including sauerkraut, pickles, kimchi and so much more. Creating your own fermented foods is easy - just add your favourite vegetables, filtered water and salt.

It has a stainless steel lid with a silicone duck-beak-shaped valve that enables gases to escape while cleverly stopping gases from creeping in and spoiling your food. The two white ceramic weights sit on top of the food in which to choose to ferment and keep them under the brine solution.

This jar boasts a capacity of 1 litre which is perfect for fermenting a generous quantity then simply leaving in the fridge for when you are craving a pickled snack.

Jar is dishwasher safe, but lid must be hand washed and dried immediately.
