This Kilner Ceramic Fermentation Set comes with 1 x Ceramic Fermenting/ pickling jar with lid and 2 x ceramic stones.
This cleverly designed ceramic crock holds up to 8 Litres of food and features built in helper handles for easy lifting. With an added feature of a traditional water sealed lid designed to create a natural seal for allowing gases to escape.
Two ceramic stones weigh the food down keeping it underneath the brine. Simply add your favourite vegetables, water and salt. Recipes and how to leaflet included.
