This home smoking oven makes it easy to use at home.
The box is 37cm x 27cm and fits perfectly inside an oven or under your BBQ lid.
Fill the base with pre-soaked wood chips and place your food on the rack supplied.
The lid will trap the smoke once your oven is hot and will flavour your food with a variety of smoky flavours. The lid and base create a solid seal so no smoke will escape into your own oven.
You can soak your own wood ships in your own flavours instead of just water, you can use wine, whisky or even just herbs.
