The special design of the Le Creuset Insulated Cookie Sheet means that heat spreads extremely evenly and gently, making it superb for delicate bakes such as cookies, biscuits, meringues, gingerbread men, shortbread and scones, as well as bread shaped by hand.
This large, flat and rigid tin is a real kitchen essential as it can be slid easily in and out of the oven and is ideal to use as a pre-heated support for shapes moulds, oven dishes and acts as a base for flan rings and cake hoops.
Made from heavy-gauge carbon steel and coated inside and outside with an ultimate non-stick coating, Le Creuset Toughened Non-Stick Bakeware is perfect for all types of baking as heat spreads gently and efficiently for an even bake.
The tins retain their shape and won't bend or twist, the easy-release non-stick coating ensures effortless results. Helpful features include heat resistant silicone trim and a generous all-round rim for easy lifting.
