Made from cast iron, this large square grill is suitable for use on all hob types including induction.

Ideal for searing meat, fish and vegetables, its larger size also makes it perfect for roasting larger cuts of meat and poultry.

Two large, easy-grip side handles allow the square grill to be lifted easily and safely when wearing oven gloves.

The ribbed base produces pleasing char lines on your food, whilst also allowing fat and juices to run free. The interior of this square grill has a protective satin black enamelled coating which means you need little or no oil when cooking, giving healthier results. It's also a durable and long-lasting coating which won't peel or wear away, even when grilling at high temperatures. In time a natural patina will develop on the grill's surface which is conducive to frying and searing. The deeper walls of this large grill help minimise food splashes. They also allow sauces to be made in the grill pan.

Two spouts are incorporated into the side walls for drip-free pouring.
