Significantly improved durability and performance including 35 - 40% more resistance to thermal shock, 16% more resistance to mechanical shock (chipping from utensils), more resistance to acid attack, 24% more resistance to enamel erosion, even less absorption of food colours, more durable against repeated dishwasher use and 45% easier to clean.
LARGE HANDLES - easier to grip and lift, even with oven gloves or mitts, when full.
