The larger of the two heads is perfect for all mixing, stirring and scraping tasks in the kitchen.
The smaller head on the opposite end of the handle is perfect for applying and spreading icing or frosting onto cakes and also makes a great jar scraper.
The large head can also be removed to be used as a bowl scraper.
