This Mermaid by Samuel Groves Hard Anodised 12" Roasting Dish With Cast Handles, boasts a unique dark finish and is twice as hard as Stainless Steel, thanks to its Hard Anodised Aluminium construction.
The surface on this roasting dish will never peel, flake or blister, if used correctly this roasting dish will build up a Patina to make it virtually non-stick.
Extremely efficient in heat conduction and will support a consistent and even bake.
Suitable for use on gas, electric, ceramic hobs and can be used under the grill.
