OXO Good Grips Chef's Mandoline
An indicator window clearly displays the thickness setting in both millimeters and inches and which can be set in 0.5mm intervals.
The two-sided Japanese stainless steel blade creates straight or crinkled slices and is angled so that even soft foods can be sliced with ease. There are also integrated Julienne and French fry blades.
To protect fingers, the spring-loaded food holder has a wide rim and can be stored on the underside of the mandoline when not in use. For further safety this OXO chefs mandoline features a comfortable soft, non-slip handle.
The OXO Good Grips Chefs Mandoline 2.0 also features a textured runway to prevent food from sticking and parallel surfaces for even slices.
This handy kitchen tool measures approximately 17.5cm x 9.5cm x 44.5cm.
