OXO Good Grips V-Blade Mandoline
The OXO Good Grips V-Blade Mandoline offers a great way to evenly slice meats and vegetables with ease. With four interchangeable v-shaped blades and a height adjuster, you can set your perfect thickness for your food and slice or julienne even-sized pieces.
A textured surface prevents food from sticking after being sliced, and the handle provides barrier between your hand and the blade when slicing. Non-slip feet keep the mandoline in place for a safety measure as well as stability, and a soft non-slip grip handle offers control when in use.
All blades are stored on the mandolin for safety, and it locks for safe storage.
Stainless steel blades are dishwasher safe.
