Ideal for performing a wide range of preparation tasks, each blade is crafted from 18/10 stainless steel and features Japanese-style edges hand-angled at 15°. The Robert Welch Signature knives also include ergonomically designed handles made with DuPont™ material to ensure optimal comfort and control.
