Featuring a hand guard and a full tang, 3 rivet construction, this Sabatier Professional 21cm Sharpening Steel is based on a traditional design that dates back over 150 years and has its roots in Thiers, France.
Crafted from premium quality carbon steel, this sharpening steel realigns the microscopic curls, kinks and folds that appear on a knife's blade during use. This restructuring of the grind profile produces a better cutting profile and longer lasting sharpness.
