The elegant and stylish copper exterior is complemented by an 18/10 stainless steel interior and riveted stainless steel 'stay cool' handle.
The straight, high sides help contain food and expose all sides to heat. Ideal for sauteing, searing, braising, deglazing, poaching and stir frying.
This 26cm frying pan has a base diameter of 20cm and is oven proof up to 260°C.
