The Scanpan TechnIQ 22cm Windsor, is perfect for reducing sauces and stock thanks to its high, slanted sides that produce a large surface area, which makes the liquid reduce fast.
Perfect for thickening ingredients such as BBQ sauce super quickly.
The flared sides also make stirring and whisking easy.
