Crafted in Sheffield by skilled makers, this Taylor's Eye Witness Sheffield Choice Sheffield Made 20cm Sharpening Steel is made to quality standards ingrained over many generations.
Use this sharpening steel to realign the microscopic curls, kinks and folds that appear on a knife's blade during use. This restructuring of the grind profile produces a better cutting profile and longer lasting sharpness.
Directly moulded onto the blade is the tactile, fibre-feel handle which has a ribbed area that provides a secure and safe grip.
