Made of stainless steel with an interior non-stick coating, this uncoated wok has a tasteful high-gloss finish. Complete with a tri-ply body (stainless steel + aluminum + stainless steel) resulting in even heat distribution. Promotes faster and uniform cooking which can save energy as well as keep food warming for longer. Slick design with round corners make cleaning quick and easy, this wok is dishwasher friendly.
As this non-stick wok is made of stainless steel, the Tramontina pan does not release any residue in your food.
