The Vaello carbon steel 60cm paella pan is great for cooking authentic hot dishes. Ideal for use on a gas hob, barbecue or an open fire. The carbon steel maintains the condition of the surface through oiling and cooking seasoning the cooking the surface.
To preserve the seasoning of the pan, gentle hand washing is recommended.
