The six-piece Zwilling marinating aid set, is a clever aid for vacuum-packing dishes and food with liquids. Would you also like to vacuum-pack meat or fish with marinade, meat juice or oil and store it fresh? Then the Zwilling marinating aid for the Fresh & Save vacuum bags is just the thing for you and your kitchen!
When it comes to vacuum-packing with liquids, it simply works better with a marinating aid: Used along with the Zwilling vacuum pump (available separately, subject to stock) and Zwilling Fresh & Save vacuum bags, the marinating aid ensures that the pump does not absorb the liquids so quickly.
Marinades or meat juices remain in the bag as they accumulate in the marinating aid. This protects the vacuum pump from damage from liquids and everything is exactly where it should be.
Freezer safe, dishwasher safe and reusable. BPA-free.
