This Zwilling J A Henckels Four Star 14cm Compact Chef's Knife is designed for a wide range of kitchen tasks, including cutting fish, meat, poultry, and vegetables with ease.
The blade is wide, solid, and relatively rigid, allowing for efficient force transmission while cutting. It is made of a specially developed steel that is corrosion-resistant and extremely robust, with ice-hardening further enhancing its properties and allowing for precise sharpening. The ergonomically designed handle fits comfortably in the hand, with a seamless transition from the handle to the bolster for easier use.
