Zyliss Kitchen Blowtorch
Use the Zyliss kitchen blowtorch to add the finishing touches to gratins and creme brulees to skinning peppers and releasing chilled desserts from moulds.
The flame is easily adjustable and can be controlled during operation - ideal when working on precise and intricate recipes.
This kitchen blowtorch is easy to fill with butane gas (not supplied) whilst a safety lock prevents accidental use.
